For the installation you need to run the key generator and use that CD Key during the install. You can just copy and paste it. Here are the instructions on how to use the game once you've installed it. Find the DFBHD.EXE file in the "CRACK" directory on the CD. Use it to replace the DFBHD.EXE file in the "C:\Program Files\NovaLogic\Delta Force Black Hawk Down" directory. If you don't, you'll get a message that states "Wrong disc inserted." everytime you try to run the game.
